Stephen dedicated over 17 years to American Airlines, starting as a Flight Attendant and progressing to Managing Director of Flight Service, collaborating with the FAA on regulatory compliance and procedures. In 1995, he began his journey of learning, starting with mentoring Flight Attendants and moving into instructional design. Stephen explored HR, policy, and regulatory affairs. In 2013, he joined Royal Dutch Shell as a Learning Advisor for Leadership Development, traveling globally to train new leaders. In 2017, he became Learning Manager for Asset Delivery in Geismar, Louisiana, leading a team responsible for training operators on chemical units. Outside work, Stephen enjoys travel and beach relaxation. He shares his life in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with his partner Tom and their two Labradors, Lucy and Seymour.

Blair Morgan is an Information Technology Professional with over 27 years of marketing, product development, and technical experience and a proven history of sales leadership. Prior to his current role, Blair gained critical experience through numerous positions covering the software lifecycle at both industrial-focused startups and corporations in the utilities, forestry and technology sectors. Blair established a Research and Development department and served as an instrumental leader in creating several knowledge management software products geared to improved operational efficiency and safety. Two of those products are established as independent business concern. As the president of AcceleratorKMS, the company experienced rapid growth helping global blue-chip clients to realize significant business value through improved operations and safety . Blair holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
