Shrividya Sridharan

Shrividya is a Digital Manager supporting Digital projects for the Reservoir Performance technology Delivery division of Schlumberger. Previous to this role, she has enabled Well intervention fit for basin projects for Qatar Gas, Exxon and Equinor. She enjoys short term technology projects collaborating across the value chain for development to delivery.

Shri deeply believes in efficiencies brought about the digital revolution, agile ways of working, the power of teams in multiplying value and honing in deeply on user needs through Design thinking, Internal or External customer is why the business exists.

Shri lives with her husband who is a program manager in automation company, with 2 kids one of who is aspiring to be a musician. Shri is a food blogger and is a board member with Classical Arts society in Houston. Shri has 11 years experience, holds a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering. She has earned her MBA from Quantic school of business.
