Kimberly is a zealous professional committed to lifelong learning, a passion ignited during her time at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School. Throughout her career, Kimberly has successfully led cultural and operational transformations across 40 sites in 11 countries, collaborating with great teams at Whirlpool, Goodyear, and Diageo Spirits. She is proud to be known for her ability to bring Clarity and Progress to multifaceted and complex challenges. Kimberly has the honor of leading 1,000 individuals across seven sites within Coca-Cola Syrup Manufacturing. In this role, she is focused on facilitating the learning journey towards greater engagement and performance. This week, Kimberly is looking forward to exchanging experiences and ideas on transformative strategies. Her aim is to support advancements that eliminate the need for “Dull, Dirty and Dangerous Work” and create a more Dynamic environment for all of us.
