Mr. Medlin, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, has an extensive global background in the oil and gas industry having led successful projects from concept to operations for Shell, ExxonMobil, Petrofac, KBR, and Pemex. In such roles, he has served as Chief Operating Officer, Country Manager, Vice President of Engineering and Projects, Project Executive, Project Director, and Executive Project Sponsor. Mr. Medlin is an Engineer with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Organizational Management bringing with him 25 years’ industry experience in Project Development and Execution in large scale Power Generation and Transmission, Refining, Renewables, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas Facilities Design, Construction and Operations. Mr. Medlin joins us as the Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Element Fuels, the developers of a greenfield Refinery and Combined Cycle Power Plant in South Texas.
