Having a background from the field myself, we are able to collaborate together as a team to move our corporation along our digital transformation journey to 4.0. I coordinate efforts between various teams such as network infrastructure, cyber security, device management, application development and others to ensure we have a fully connected front line workforce. Ultimately, these efforts improve our front-line workers safety, productivity, efficiency, and reliability having the right end user experience and dependability.
