Scott Neilson

Scott Neilson is a Partner in the world’s leading projects practice at the global law firm Allen & Overy.  He is an LNG projects and shipping specialist and it is this combination of experience which equips him well for FLNG work.  He acted for the project companies on the $34 billion Ichthys LNG project in Australia and for the project company on the $2.8 billion Donggi Senoro LNG project in Indonesia.  He also worked for the project company on Manzanillo LNG receiving terminal and for ADB on the expansion of Dahej LNG receiving terminal.  He also has experience in relation to drilling vessels, LNG tankers and FPSOs.   He is currently working on an FLNG project.
