After working for Chubu Electric Power and Emerson Electric, a U.S. conglomerate, Yamada joined Ideol, a global leader in floating offshore wind, in 2015. In 2024, he transferred to BW Ideol APAC in Singapore. At Chubu, he was involved in the discussion of electricity liberalization and deregulation. In Emerson, as a Corporate Office Business Development Specialist, he achieved company-wide optimization and contributed to business expansion. Also led the team to launch a business division (Control Technique) in the Japanese market. He is also known as a co-founder of a popular craft beer company. A master’s degree from Trinity College, Dublin.
