Dr. Nibong Ungkurapinan

Chief of Civil and Coastal Engineering Department - FSRU Project Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand

Dr. Nibong Ungkurapinan obtained his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Kasetsart University and his Master and Doctor of Philosophy Degrees in Civil Engineering from University of Manitoba, Canada. He was a lecturer at the University of Manitoba before starting his career at EGAT in 2007 as an engineer in the field of power plant development. He has more than a decade of experience in power plant engineering. In 2017 he joined the FSRU project as a chief of civil and coastal engineering department. At present, he also holds a position as an assistant project manager of Meahongson Smart Grid Project.
