Tony Heffernan

Tony Heffernan has been a critical leader in the development of Pardus Energy’s FSRU project in Turkey, a 1bcf regassification unit delivered from Korea in June 2019. A specialist in both the LNG, LPG industries, coupled with Tony’s extensive ship to ship operational experience allows Tony (48) to draw on almost three decades of experience.

Prior to Pardus Energy, Tony was a key member of the HOEGH LNG FSRU fleet development team in Oslo, including new building SRV’s and the subsequent conversion for the Tianjin, China FSRU facility.

His experience in project development and execution includes the design and construction of various LNGC’s and Q-flex vessels and the Dragon LNG import facility. Tony is a Master Mariner and has served as Captain on LNG and LPG ships.
