The Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association of Singapore (HFCAS) was formed in 2019 to provide a united voice of the hydrogen industry. HFCAS serves as a platform for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. We are actively participating in the development of codes and standards for safe use of hydrogen; developing training courses to equip our workforce with the necessary skillsets for hydrogen related applications; providing business matching support to our members and counterparts, all of which to support the use of hydrogen in Singapore as a major decarbonisation pathway towards net zero by 2050.

HFCAS sees itself playing a vital role in:

• Championing industry standards and codes to facilitate pilot trials and implementation,
• Upskilling our workforce to take on new jobs created in the Hydrogen economy and preparing our future workforce by working closely with schools,
• Creating platforms for the industry to explore potential partnerships,
• Supporting research and development in partnership with the industry,
• Building public confidence through events and roadshows on use of Hydrogen,
• Connecting with the international community and forge closer ties through various business development initiatives such as participating in trade fairs and organising business missions.
