Several elements, factors and situations have given rise to delayed project deliveries on several occasions. These factors can be controllable and uncontrollable and can also be predictable and unpredictable. An efficient plan is required to manage different challenges that arise during projects and best practices and lessons learnt from previous delays are to be analysed to ensure a project is delivered on time.
