JAX LNG, LLC is a partnership created to bring secure liquefied natural gas supply to the southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. This partnership brings together Pivotal LNG, a subsidiary of BHE GT&S in partnership with REV LNG, and NorthStar Midstream, LLC, a midstream transportation company owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.

JAX LNG’s production facility is located at Dames Point near Jacksonville, Florida. Current liquefaction capacity is 120,000 gallons per day with 2 million gallons of onsite LNG storage with Phase II construction underway. Once complete Phase ll will double the storage capacity and triple liquefaction at the facility.

JAX LNG is North America’s first small-scale coastal LNG facility with both on-road and marine-loading capabilities servicing the marine, rail, trucking, power generation, aerospace, and industrial markets including TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico’s LNG fueled container ships. We also deliver LNG into the first Jones Act LNG barge, the Clean Jacksonville.
