Stuart Scott is the Vice President of Wood Mackenzie's Asia Pacific Performance Improvement Consulting advisory team who advise and implement efficiency improvement, cash generation and cost reduction programs in major Oil & Gas NOC's and IOC's across the globe. Stuart has over 20 years of deep experience in operational performance improvement across Oil & Gas, Refining & Chemicals, Power and Mining & Metals sectors including the use of Lean Six Sigma and operating model design methodologies. Prior to Wood Mackenzie, Stuart spent over 10 years in consulting advisory to resources organisations with Deloitte Consulting, Accenture Consulting, and KPMG Consulting, and a further ten years in senior industry roles within corporate strategy, commercial development, operations management, engineering and maintenance, supply chain and operational excellence roles within ExxonMobil Ltd, Boral Limited and in private equity.

Stuart holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Monash University in Australia.
