Mohamed Samir is the Managing Partner of a law firm and obtained his L.L.B from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, in 1992, went on to received his Master’s Degree in International Business Law in 1996 from IDAI (a joint program between Cairo University and France’s Sorbonne University) and in 1997, received a DEA Degree in Contracts Business Law from the Faculty of Law, Montpellier 1 University, France, and in 2000, was awarded a PHD from the same institution. As a specialist in major industrial and commercial transactions. Dr. Samir has negotiated and drafted joint ventures and transactions concluded in Egypt, including the Jordanian Gas Transmission Pipelines and the distribution of Egyptian natural gas in Jordan. Dr. Samir has represented major clients. Mohamed Samir is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, French Section, Cairo University, and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
