Clement Lim is MODEC’s Delivery Manager with nearly 20 years of expertise in delivering complex Offshore Oil & Gas projects. He has led engineering, procurement and construction teams in Module Fabrication Yards, Hull Conversion / New Build FPSO Shipyards across China, West Africa and Singapore.

Clement is a Chartered Marine Engineer holding a Master of Science degree in Marine Technology with a strong FPSO design engineering background. He also has a unique blend of onshore construction and offshore production experience, having accomplished several stints on board operational FPSOs.

Clement’s interest and current involvement is in continuous improvement, resolving FPSO production issues through refinement of engineering and construction efficacies.
