Background in lubricant chemistry with 10 years of experience working for Maersk, currently the Technical Manager for Lubricants, Paints & Chemicals. Responsible for fleet-wide product selection, oil analysis, on board troubleshooting as well as R&D work into new products and performance monitoring. Current focus areas are reducing fuel consumption through the use of fuel-efficient lubricants and minimizing the impact of vessel lubricant consumption on the environment.
