John Upton is Legal Counsel – Audits and Investigations for Baker Hughes, a leading Global Oilfield Services Company. John’s role is to carry out FCPA audits and internal investigations on a world – wide basis.
He is a barrister who has previously worked in private practice and as an Enforcement lawyer in Several Government Departments and for the Financial Services Authority. He holds degrees from the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics.
