Live Recording: Industrial Training in The Age of Automation

Maximizing workforce performance and training ROI across the plant lifecycle with AVEVA

'Industrial Training in the Age of Automation' webinar provides fresh insight on how you can improve safety, reduce downtime, maximize production, and reduce human error. And, get a look at how the cloud can slash the total cost of the training program by up to 50%. With lower costs and better performance, this approach dramatically raises training ROI.

People are at the heart of every industrial operation. Companies already spend substantial time and money on training, but few get the return on investment they deserve.

Combing the latest technologies with sound instructional design in an integrated approach to deliver competency-based experiential learning ensures operators perform better in less time. Traditional classroom training has little ability to drive sustained results. Unlike “one-and-done” training programs, a lifecycle approach takes users through the complete learning cycle – Learn, Practice, Assess, and Reinforce.

Get key insights on:

  • The common pitfalls of developing and implementing industrial training programs
  • Improving safety and production with training that actually works
  • Getting the most out of your training investment across the plant lifecycle
