Deepwater Horizon Joint Investigation Team Releases Final Report
Add bookmarkThe eagerly-awaited investigative report 2010's tragic Deepwater Horizon explosion and ensuing oil spill has been released by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE)/U.S. Coast Guard Joint Investigation Team (JIT).
The report was published after a wide-ranging 17-month inquiry and has laid the primary blame for the accident and ensuing oil spill at the feet of BP.
